We accept Consumption Vouchers

You can make purchases from us with Consumption vouchers from SODEXO, EDENRED & MONIZZE that you have received from your employer. You can only use it in our store itself. Consumption vouchers are only available in paper version or card (Monizze) and have a value of € 10 per Consumption voucher. Unfortunately we cannot make a cash refund for purchases with Consumption Vouchers. So you have to use up the check completely, but you can make an imposition on your purchase. The Consumption Voucher is an exceptional measure taken by the government with the aim of providing additional purchasing power to Belgian employees and supporting the restart of Belgian sectors that have suffered from the consequences of the Coronavirus crisis. The employers can give up to € 300 per employee that he or she can spend with the Belgian hospitality sector, for sports and cultural activities or with the independent retailer * who had to close its doors during the lockdown period.

When will my order be ready for collection or when will I receive it at home?

Most orders are delivered to your home between 2 to 3 weekdays after ordering! If the items are available in our warehouse and we have received your order correctly, your order will usually arrive after 2 weekdays.

If you place an order on our webshop, it will be packed and transported as soon as possible: We have the following procedures:

• An order before 11:00 AM will be shipped the same day on the following weekdays: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
• An order placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped the next day on the following weekdays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
• An order placed on a Friday after 11:00 AM will only be shipped on the next weekday = Tuesday.
• You will receive the delivery time of the package by e-mail after you have completed your order. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified (see “Item not in stock”). if you opt for collection at HET LOZE VISSERTJE, you will receive an e-mail as soon as your package is ready.

Have you opted for home delivery? then you can track your package via the tracking module (only if we have your e-mail address). As soon as we have given the package to the courier, you will receive an e-mail about the status of your shipment.
