KORDA's BASIX Hair Rigs are ready to use right out of the box. Just add a bottom bait or wafter and you're ready to fish. The rigs are knotted with the camo green colored BASIX Coated Hooklink material. A small stripped piece at the BASIX Wide Gape hook provides freedom of movement and a greater chance of good hooking. The rig has a smooth hair that is fitted with a piece of silicone that keeps it in place and reduces the chance of tangling. The length of the hair is optimized for hookbait sizes that fit the chosen hook size. The size 8 hook is designed for 12mm bait, size 6 for 15mm and size 4 for 18mm. Each rig is equipped with different Hair Stops and different sizes of Extenda Stops. These make it possible to adjust the length of the hair and use different sizes of bait from what the hooklink is actually made for. A loop is made at the end of the hooklink and a BASIX Anti Tangle Sleeve is attached. This allows you to easily attach it to a BASIX Lead Clip Leader or BASIX Lead Clip Action Pack setup (both of which have QC swivels).
