Can I opt for a collection at HET LOZE VISSERTJE?
Yes, that's possible. During the processing of your order you can choose the option 'PICK UP' and then the shipping costs will be waived.

Can I opt for home delivery?
That is also possible. Then choose "DOMESTIC DELIVERY". Then select “a delivery to an address of your choice”. The shipping costs are automatically calculated depending on your total purchase amount.

When are costs charged for home delivery?

If the purchase amount is less than 75.00 euros, delivery costs of 6.95 euros (for Belgium) will be charged. If the purchase amount is higher than 75.00 euros, no transport costs will be charged. FREE HOME DELIVERY.
If the purchase amount is less than 75.00 euros, delivery costs of 6.95 euros (for the Netherlands) will be charged. If the purchase amount is higher than 75.00 euros, no transport costs will be charged. FREE HOME DELIVERY.
If the purchase amount is less than 75.00 euros, delivery costs of 9.95 euros will be charged (for France, Germany & Luxembourg). If the purchase amount is higher than 75.00 euros, no transport costs will be charged. FREE HOME DELIVERY.
For the Dutch Islands: unfortunately an island surcharge of 15 euros always applies!

During Action Days (discount days) the minimum amount per order for free transport is €50.00 for Belgium, the Netherlands & other Countries.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
Once your order has been placed, you can unfortunately no longer change it.

If you are not present at home delivery by the courier service, a note will be left in your mailbox by the driver.

When is my order ready to pick up or when will it be delivered to my home?
Most orders are delivered to your home between 24 and 62 hours after ordering! If the items are available in our warehouse and we have received your order correctly, your order will usually arrive after 2 weekdays.

If you place an order on our webshop, it will be packed and transported as soon as possible: We have the following procedures:

An order before 11:00 AM will be shipped the same day on the following weekdays: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
An order placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped the next day on the following weekdays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
An order placed on a Friday after 11:00 AM will only be shipped on the next weekday = Tuesday.
You will receive the delivery time of the package by e-mail after you have completed your order. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified (see “Item not in stock”). if you opt for collection at HET LOZE VISSERTJE, you will receive an e-mail as soon as your package is ready.

Have you opted for home delivery? then you can track your package via the tracking module (only if we have your e-mail address). As soon as we have given the package to the courier, you will receive an e-mail about the status of your shipment.
