Ordered product is defective or damaged upon receipt
We do everything we can to package and ship your order as best as possible. In exceptional cases it could happen that you still receive a defective product. To deal with such an unpleasant situation quickly and effectively, please contact us immediately upon receipt so that an appropriate arrangement can be made.
If a product was damaged during transport, you must also follow the return procedure!
How to return a defective or damaged product?

We will send you a return form (which can also be found at the bottom) with which you can return the product free of charge.
Het Loze Vissertje provides further instructions on how the return shipment will take place. For the return you can possibly use the original packaging (remove the sticker from the courier!). The product must be complete, so send all accessories with it.
How can I return a product that is not defective (possibly wrong purchase).
We will send you a return form (which can also be found at the bottom) with which you can return the product, but you must bear the transport costs yourself. Complete this form with the correct product details of your bad buy.

REFUND
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your requested refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Refunds for in-store returns are also made to the original payment method, so a cash refund is not possible.
Right of withdrawal
For the delivery of goods: You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Fill in: Het Loze Vissertje, Havenlaan 1/0001, 9060 Zelzate, info@hetlozevissertje.be, +32(0)9/345.85.53) via an unambiguous statement (eg. in writing by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
For the provision of services: You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating reasons.
