The new DAIWA BG reels combine load capacity and retrieval power with a silky smooth running and high-quality design. The HardBodyZ aluminum reel housing provides a distortion-proof housing for the Digigear II drive and optimal power transmission during the fight with the fish. Especially for braided lines, the ABS aluminum spool is equipped with a rubber ring in the middle, which prevents slipping of smooth braided lines under load. The BG mills are treated with a special no paint coating that prevents peeling / fading of the paint during intensive use or at sea. The reel handle is distortion-proof and securely screwed into the reel housing, perfect when large forces have to be applied during sea fishing.
