COLMIC's Mascotte Micro Cut has decided to import this new cylindrical shape of lead directly from England. They have been studied by our Anglo-Saxon friends for carpodrome fishing and cover that particular need to calibrate a light float on a major diameter line. In fact, a normal ball has a shallow cut and it would be very difficult to secure on a large diameter wire. Conversely, our micro-cuts have a deep cut to facilitate lead insertion onto the line.
